以太原市为例,从多角度对城市资源节约、推广可再生资源,建设城市节能体系的前瞻性、战略性、科学性和权威性作用进行探索,建立了以城市节地、交通节能、建筑节能节材、城市节水为主要内容的综合节能体系,从而满足并有效调节不断增长变化的能源需求,支撑和引导城市的可持续发展。

이태원시위례,종다각도대성시자원절약、추엄가재생자원,건설성시절능체계적전첨성、전략성、과학성화권위성작용진행탐색,건립료이성시절지、교통절능、건축절능절재、성시절수위주요내용적종합절능체계,종이만족병유효조절불단증장변화적능원수구,지탱화인도성시적가지속발전。
This paper takes Taiyuan as example, research the conservation of resources, promote renewable resources and the prospective, strategic, scientific, authority of construct energy saving systems from various aspects. Establish the integrated energy saving system including land saving in city, energy saving in traffic, energy and material saving in architecture and water saving in city, meet the demand of energy as well as regulate its increasing changes effectively, so as to support and guide the sustainable development of city.
