According to the water supply failure phenomena of a county water head, this paper analysed the reasons for this phenomenon from the local rainfall factors, water supply pipe network construction aspects, elaborated the near and long term water supply planning, put forward the measures for renovation and repair of water supply pipe network, in order to effectively solve the problem of county water supply, so as to make full use of water resources.
