The paper introduces the security monitoring project and monitoring means of DAPEIN(Ⅰ) hydropower engineering in Burma,and preliminarily analyzes the detection data during the construction period.According to geological conditions and architectural structure features,it following the principles of "significance outstanding,overall caring and suitable model"of the overall arrangement,and the surveying projects are comprehensive,and the monitoring methods are simple and reliable.Through analyzing the detection data of the dam during the construction period,it shows that the dam operation is normal,which has provided reliable basis for the water storage.
