目的：通过对可膨胀髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的回顾性研究，探讨可膨胀髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的优势。方法我科2009年3月至2011年4月采用可膨胀髓内钉(Fixion系统)治疗肱骨干骨折17例。AO分形：A2型7例、A3型6例、B2型4例。手术时间：伤后2～7d，平均4.5d。均为闭合损伤，无血管、神经损伤。均采取闭合复位，顺行置入可膨胀髓内钉(Fixion系统)。本研究纳入病例均根据辩证结合中药治疗。结果所有患者术后获得7～13个月（平均9.8个月）随访。依据Neer评估标准，优9例、良5例、可3例。优良率82.3%。结论可膨胀髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有微创、简便、并发症少等优点，是治疗肱骨干骨折简单，有效的方法，值得临床推广。
목적：통과대가팽창수내정치료굉골간골절적회고성연구，탐토가팽창수내정치료굉골간골절적우세。방법아과2009년3월지2011년4월채용가팽창수내정(Fixion계통)치료굉골간골절17례。AO분형：A2형7례、A3형6례、B2형4례。수술시간：상후2～7d，평균4.5d。균위폐합손상，무혈관、신경손상。균채취폐합복위，순행치입가팽창수내정(Fixion계통)。본연구납입병례균근거변증결합중약치료。결과소유환자술후획득7～13개월（평균9.8개월）수방。의거Neer평고표준，우9례、량5례、가3례。우량솔82.3%。결론가팽창수내정치료굉골간골절구유미창、간편、병발증소등우점，시치료굉골간골절간단，유효적방법，치득림상추엄。
Objective?To analyze the outcomes of surgical treatment of shaft of humerus and introduce our experience. Methods Retrospective analysis from March 2009 to April 2011, 17 patients with fracture of shaft of humerus were managed with expandable intramedullary nail (Fixion system). According to AO classification, A2 7cases, A3 6, B2 4. All patients were closed ininjury, there were no nerve and blood vessel injury cases. The mean time of operation was 4.5 days. This study included patients according to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with syndrome differentiation. Results All cases were followed up over 6 months and the average time was 9.8 months. The clinical results were evaluated with Neer Score, 9 excellent, 5 good, 3 fair, and the rate of excellent and good results reached 82.3%. Conclusions In treatment of fracture of shaft of humerus with expandable intramedullary nail can obtain satisfactory outcomes.
