目的：探讨激励护理干预促进自然分娩的效果。方法将2012年1月至2013年1月在我院妇产科接受治疗的产妇110例，随机分为观察组55例(激励护理干预)和对照组55例(常规护理)，对两组的护理效果进行对比。结果观察组的剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率以及产程时间相比于对照组明显较低，两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采取激励护理干预措施能够有效促进自然分娩，加快产程，降低新生儿窒息的发生率，进一步提高了产科质量。

Objective?To explore the incentive effect of nursing intervention to promote natural childbirth. Methods Between January 2012 and January 2013 in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology hospital, 110 cases of maternal, 55 patients were randomly divided into observation group (incentive nursing intervention) and control group 55 cases (usual care), to the nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results Observation group of cesarean section rate, neonatal asphyxia rate and labor time significantly lower than the control group, compared two groups statistical y significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion By adopting incentive nursing intervention can effectively promote the natural childbirth, speed up the labor and reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia, further improve the obstetric quality.
