百叶窗煤粉浓缩器作为水平浓淡燃烧技术的关键部件已在电站锅炉中得到了广泛应用。为深入研究流场结构对百叶窗煤粉浓缩器性能的影响,采用激光片光系统对百叶窗煤粉浓缩器内的流场结构进行了实验研究,获得了浓缩器内全流场信息。实验结果表明,被叶片浓缩下来的颗粒流冲击到浓侧壁面,将导致浓侧出口壁面的磨损;在浓缩器出口设置适当长度的挡板将有助于避免浓淡2股气流的过早混合;叶片前端浓度的差异导致各级叶片磨损特点不同,实际应用中需要分别考虑各级叶片的防磨措施;可通过调节叶片间距来改变进入淡侧的粉量,从而改进浓缩器的性能。

As a key part of the horizontal bias combustion (HBC) technology, the louver coal concentrator (LCC) has been developed and successfully applied to many large-scale utility boilers. To further study the effect of the flow field structure on performance of LCC, the experimental study on flow field structure was carried out using a laser sheet system, and the full-field images were obtained. The results show that the wall near the fuel-rich side is abraded by the particles which are enriched down by the blades. Thus the division plate with proper size can be put in the exit of the LCC in order to avoid the early mix of the fuel-rich and fuel-lean airflow. The different concentration in the front of the blade varies abrasion characteristics, thus the anti-abrasion of the each blade should be considered respectively in practical application. The amount of powder in fuel-lean side is changed by adjusting the space of the blades in order to improve the performance of the concentrator.
