目的：探讨阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤的临床特点、诊断与治疗。方法回顾分析本院收治的1例阑尾粘液性囊腺瘤误诊为右侧附件囊肿的临床资料。结果本病术前诊断困难，症状以右下腹痛及腹部包块为主，重视病史采集和体格检查，超声及CT和MRI检查可提高术前诊断率。结论增强对本病的认识，外科手术是治疗的唯一有效方法，选择适当的手术方式，避免术后复发。
목적：탐토란미점액성낭선류적림상특점、진단여치료。방법회고분석본원수치적1례란미점액성낭선류오진위우측부건낭종적림상자료。결과본병술전진단곤난，증상이우하복통급복부포괴위주，중시병사채집화체격검사，초성급CT화MRI검사가제고술전진단솔。결론증강대본병적인식，외과수술시치료적유일유효방법，선택괄당적수술방식，피면술후복발。
Objective to investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of appendiceal mucinous cystadenoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 1 cases of appendiceal mucinous cystadenoma of the hospital for clinical data on the right side of accessory cyst. Results the preoperative diagnosis of this disease dif icult, symptoms with right lower abdominal pain and abdominal mass, pay at ention to history taking and physical examination, ultrasound and CT and MRI examination can improve the diagnosis rate before operation. Conclusions to enhance the understanding of this disease, surgical operation is the only ef ective method of treatment, to choose the proper operation, avoiding postoperative recurrence.
