随着城市化的发展，新建高层楼房小区都建有二次供水设施，保证居民日常生活饮用水需要。但由于二次供水有储水箱，一旦水箱中的水出现污染，则会影响到整个小区二次供水用户的日常饮用水安全，建立饮用水卫生管理规章制度，定期对水箱及供水设备进行清洗、消毒，并对水质进行送检，及时发现水质变化情况。
