目的：通过皮肤点刺试验分析变应性鼻炎患儿的变异性，为防治和护理患儿提供可靠依据。方法选择我科2011年5月~2013年5月对836例变应性鼻炎患儿进行皮肤点刺试验。结论皮肤点刺试验操作简单快速，反应明显，几乎无疼痛，特异性高，局部副作用易消退，几乎无全身作用。结论能有针对性地找到过敏原，为临床预防治疗和护理过敏性鼻炎提供有效依据。
목적：통과피부점자시험분석변응성비염환인적변이성，위방치화호리환인제공가고의거。방법선택아과2011년5월~2013년5월대836례변응성비염환인진행피부점자시험。결론피부점자시험조작간단쾌속，반응명현，궤호무동통，특이성고，국부부작용역소퇴，궤호무전신작용。결론능유침대성지조도과민원，위림상예방치료화호리과민성비염제공유효의거。
Objective: by skin prick test variability analysis of children with al ergic rhinitis, and provide a reliable basis for the prevention and nursing of children. Methods:in 2011 May to 2013 May in our department were skin prick tests in 836 Cases of children with al ergic rhinitis. Result:the skin prick test was easy and quick in operation, obvious reaction, almost no pain, high specificity, the local side ef ects, easy fade, almost no systemic ef ects. Conclusion it can be targeted to find al ergens, provide ef ective basis for the clinical prevention and treatment and nursing for al ergic rhinitis.
