目的：探讨腹膜前修补治疗腹股沟疝的应用体会。方法选择本院2010年9月~2013年8月例开展腹膜前修补治疗腹股沟疝150例进行临床分析。结果150例手术治疗过程顺利，本组随访6～35个月，全部治愈，无异物感，无复发病例。结论该方法恢复更快，复发率更低，腹膜前无张力修补腹股沟复发疝为患者提供性价比高、微创、无张力的疝修补方式。

목적：탐토복막전수보치료복고구산적응용체회。방법선택본원2010년9월~2013년8월례개전복막전수보치료복고구산150례진행림상분석。결과150례수술치료과정순리，본조수방6～35개월，전부치유，무이물감，무복발병례。결론해방법회복경쾌，복발솔경저，복막전무장력수보복고구복발산위환자제공성개비고、미창、무장력적산수보방식。
Objective to investigate the application of preperitoneal repair for inguinal hernia. Method select 2010 September to 2013 August in our hospital were preperitoneal repair of inguinal hernia treatment clinical analysis of 150 cases. Results 150 cases of operation procedure, the patients were fol owed up for 6~35 months, al were cured, no foreign body sensation, no recurrence. Conclusion this method is quicker, the recurrence rate is lower, the tension free repair of recurrent inguinal hernia provide cost-ef ective, minimal y invasive, tension-free hernia repair for patients with peritoneal before.
