目的探讨改良张力带固定髌骨骨折的治疗效果。方法通过对32例髌骨骨折运用改良张力带固定。结果本组病例均获得随访，所有骨折均达到解剖复位或接近解剖复位，并骨性愈合，优良率100%。结论采用改良张力带固定髌骨骨折创伤小、效果可靠、并发症少，具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical ef ect of patel a fracture treated with the modified tension band fixation. Methods A total of 32 patel a fracture cases are treated with the modified tension band fixation. Results Clinical fol ow up of these 32 cases revealed that al the fractures have achieved or nearly achieved anatomical reduction. Bone healing could be seen in al of them with a good rate of 100%. Conclusion Adopting the modified tension band fixation in the treatment of patel a fracture shows the merits of fewer traumas, reliable ef ect and less complications. This treatment has a good clinical application value.
