目的：探讨小儿手足口病的护理措施。方法对20例患儿进行严密隔离，做好消毒、卫生宣教，做好心理护理、皮肤护理、口腔黏膜的护理、饮食护理、严密观察病情变化，对20例患儿均采用静脉留置针，同时进行心理护理和健康教育。结果20例患儿缩短了住院天数，痊愈出院。结论对症治疗、采取有效的护理措施及卫生宣教。做好预防，引导患儿及家长消除恐惧心理，树立科学的疾病观和战胜疾病的信心。

목적：탐토소인수족구병적호리조시。방법대20례환인진행엄밀격리，주호소독、위생선교，주호심리호리、피부호리、구강점막적호리、음식호리、엄밀관찰병정변화，대20례환인균채용정맥류치침，동시진행심리호리화건강교육。결과20례환인축단료주원천수，전유출원。결론대증치료、채취유효적호리조시급위생선교。주호예방，인도환인급가장소제공구심리，수립과학적질병관화전성질병적신심。
Objective To explore the nursing measures for children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods 20 cases of strict isolation, disinfection, health education, psychological nursing, skin care, oral care, diet nursing, close observation of changes in condition, 20 cases of patients were treated with intravenous indwel ing needle, and psychological nursing and health education. Results 20 patients shorten the days in hospital, was discharged. Conclusion: symptomatic treatment, ef ective nursing measures and health education. Do a good job in the prevention, the guide children and parents to eliminate the fear, to establish a scientific concept of disease and the confidence to overcome the disease.
