目的：探讨血脂代谢紊乱与脑梗死的关系。方法比较本院2012年1月~12月收治的128例脑梗死患者与同期来本院体检的128例健康中老年人的血脂情况。结果脑梗死患者组甘油三脂、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和载脂蛋白B水平显著高于健康中老年人组，高密度脂蛋白水平显著低于健康中老年人组。结论血脂代谢紊乱显著增加脑梗死的患病率。
目的：探討血脂代謝紊亂與腦梗死的關繫。方法比較本院2012年1月~12月收治的128例腦梗死患者與同期來本院體檢的128例健康中老年人的血脂情況。結果腦梗死患者組甘油三脂、總膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白和載脂蛋白B水平顯著高于健康中老年人組，高密度脂蛋白水平顯著低于健康中老年人組。結論血脂代謝紊亂顯著增加腦梗死的患病率。
목적：탐토혈지대사문란여뇌경사적관계。방법비교본원2012년1월~12월수치적128례뇌경사환자여동기래본원체검적128례건강중노년인적혈지정황。결과뇌경사환자조감유삼지、총담고순、저밀도지단백화재지단백B수평현저고우건강중노년인조，고밀도지단백수평현저저우건강중노년인조。결론혈지대사문란현저증가뇌경사적환병솔。
Objective To investigate the relationship between metabolism disorder of blood lipid and cerebral infraction. Methods The level of lipids in 128 cerebral infraction and in 128 healthy subjects in our hospital physical examination and in our hospital from January to December 2012. Results The level of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol(TC), lower density lipoprotein(LDL)and apolipoprotein B(ApoB) in patients with cerebral infraction was significantly higher than that in the elderly healthy group, and high density lipoprotein(HDL) were significantly lower than those in the elderly healthy group. Conclusion Metabolism disorder of blood lipid increases prevalence of cerebral infraction.
