目的:探讨实时三维超声心动图评价高血压患者左心功能的能力。方法选取60例高血压患者为观察组,60例健康患者为对照组。使用实时三维超声心动图测定所有患者的左心室后壁厚度(PWT)、左心房内径(LAD)、舒张期室间隔厚度(IVsT)、二尖瓣斜率、左心室射血分数(LVEF)和左心室短轴缩短率(Fs),比较两组患者上述指标间的差异。结果观察组PWT、LAD、IVsT、LVEF和Fs均明显较对照组升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而二尖瓣斜率则明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实时三维超声心动图可以准确评价高血压患者左心功能,为临床诊断提供可靠依据。

목적:탐토실시삼유초성심동도평개고혈압환자좌심공능적능력。방법선취60례고혈압환자위관찰조,60례건강환자위대조조。사용실시삼유초성심동도측정소유환자적좌심실후벽후도(PWT)、좌심방내경(LAD)、서장기실간격후도(IVsT)、이첨판사솔、좌심실사혈분수(LVEF)화좌심실단축축단솔(Fs),비교량조환자상술지표간적차이。결과관찰조PWT、LAD、IVsT、LVEF화Fs균명현교대조조승고,차이균유통계학의의(균P<0.05),이이첨판사솔칙명현소우대조조,차이유통계학의의(균P<0.05)。결론실시삼유초성심동도가이준학평개고혈압환자좌심공능,위림상진단제공가고의거。
Objective To investigate the evaluation of left ventricular function in hypertensive patients by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography. Methods 60 patients with hypertensive were selected to be the observation group while 60 health patients were selected to be the control group.the left ventricular posterior wall thickness (PWT), left atrial diameter (LAD), diastolic ventricular septal thickness (IVsT), mitral valve slope, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular short axis shortening rate (Fs) of all patients were measured by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and were compared between the two groups. Results The PWT, LAD, IVsT and Fs were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05);while the mitral valve slope much smaller than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The real-time three-dimensional echocardiography can exactly assess the left heart function in patients with hypertension and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
