目的：探讨负压封闭引流技术在腹部切口感染中的应用。方法回顾性分析2010年10月～2012年12月德阳市人民医院17例腹部手术术后切口感染患者的临床资料，行负压封闭引流技术，观察其疗效。结果17例切口感染创面全部治愈。所有患者在治疗期间对负压封闭引流耐受良好，无全身及局部不良反应发生。结论负压封闭引流技术能够促进创面愈合，减轻创面污染，减轻患者痛苦，减少医护人员工作量。
목적：탐토부압봉폐인류기술재복부절구감염중적응용。방법회고성분석2010년10월～2012년12월덕양시인민의원17례복부수술술후절구감염환자적림상자료，행부압봉폐인류기술，관찰기료효。결과17례절구감염창면전부치유。소유환자재치료기간대부압봉폐인류내수량호，무전신급국부불량반응발생。결론부압봉폐인류기술능구촉진창면유합，감경창면오염，감경환자통고，감소의호인원공작량。
Objective to explore vacuum-sealing drainage in the application of abdominal incision infection. Methods A retrospective analysis in October 2010 to December 2012, the people's hospital of deyang city of 17 cases of postoperative abdominal incision infection patients clinical material, line vacuum-sealing drainage and to observe its ef icacy. Results 17 cases of infection of incision wound healing. Al patients during treatment of vacuum-sealing drainage wel tolerated, no systemic or local adverse reactions. Conclusion vacuum-sealing drainage can promote wound healing, reduce the contamination of the wound, relieve pain, reduce the workload of medical personnel.
