目的：探讨快速血糖测定在院前昏迷患者的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院急诊科在院前急救时抢救昏迷患者的临床资料。结果快速血糖测定为抢救患者争取了时间，提高了抢救成功率。结论快速血糖检测成为很必要的检查方法之一，建议所有救护车均配快速血糖测定仪。

목적：탐토쾌속혈당측정재원전혼미환자적응용개치。방법회고성분석아원급진과재원전급구시창구혼미환자적림상자료。결과쾌속혈당측정위창구환자쟁취료시간，제고료창구성공솔。결론쾌속혈당검측성위흔필요적검사방법지일，건의소유구호차균배쾌속혈당측정의。
Objective: To explore the application value of rapid determination of blood sugar coma patients in pre hospital. Methods: to analyze the clinical data of the emergency department of our hospital in the pre hospital emergency rescue of coma patients. Results:the fast blood glucose determination for rescuing patients for a time, improve the success rate of rescue. Conclusion:the fast blood glucose detection has become one of the check is necessary, suggest that al ambulances equipped with fast blood glucose meter.
