目的：探讨应用紫杉醇联合洛铂治疗晚期乳腺癌癌患者的护理方法。方法对16例晚期乳腺癌患者采用紫杉醇联合洛铂进行治疗，化疗期间实施相应的护理措施包括加强心理护理、化疗用药护理、骨髓抑制护理及饮食护理等，观察其护理效果并总结其要点。结果16例乳腺癌患者均顺利完成化疗计划，心理表现也正常。结论紫杉醇加洛铂联合化疗治疗乳腺癌患者，通过严格执行化疗计划，严密的病情观察，强化化疗护理，可以有效地预防和减轻毒性反应，保证化疗的顺利完成，取得了满意的治疗效果。
목적：탐토응용자삼순연합락박치료만기유선암암환자적호리방법。방법대16례만기유선암환자채용자삼순연합락박진행치료，화료기간실시상응적호리조시포괄가강심리호리、화료용약호리、골수억제호리급음식호리등，관찰기호리효과병총결기요점。결과16례유선암환자균순리완성화료계화，심리표현야정상。결론자삼순가락박연합화료치료유선암환자，통과엄격집행화료계화，엄밀적병정관찰，강화화료호리，가이유효지예방화감경독성반응，보증화료적순리완성，취득료만의적치료효과。
Objective To investigate the best nursing method for breast cancer patients subjected to the combined chemotherapy of paclitaxel and lobaplatin. Methods 10 patients received the chemotherapy of paclitaxel and lobaplatin. The nursing measures implemented during the chemotherapy included enhancing mental nursing, nursing about drug administration, nursing of suppression of bone marrow and diet nursing. The ef ect of the above nursing measures was observed and the main points thereof were summarized. Results Al of 10 patients had good psychological behavior and successful y achieved the chemotherapy plan, no patient stopped the therapy because of anaphylactic shock. Conclusions Through executing the plan strictly, observing the il ness state closely and strengthening the chemotherapy nursing, the combined chemotherapy of pacltaxel and lobaplatin for the breast cancer patients can ef ectively prevent and reduce the toxicity response, guarantee the successful completion of the chemotherapy, thereby obtaining a satisfactory curative ef ect.
