以高产优质紫云英新品种＂闽紫7号＂为研究对象,通过测定不同采收期紫云英嫩茎叶菜用营养成分,并与几种叶菜类蔬菜营养成分含量进行分析比较,结果表明：前期采割紫云英嫩茎叶的硒、蛋白质、Vc和总糖含量较高,其Se、Ca、Fe、粗脂肪、蛋白质以及Vc等含量大大高于叶菜类蔬菜。在生育期内采割2次,紫云英鲜草每667 m2产量可稳定在1 000 kg以上。
이고산우질자운영신품충＂민자7호＂위연구대상,통과측정불동채수기자운영눈경협채용영양성분,병여궤충협채류소채영양성분함량진행분석비교,결과표명：전기채할자운영눈경협적서、단백질、Vc화총당함량교고,기Se、Ca、Fe、조지방、단백질이급Vc등함량대대고우협채류소채。재생육기내채할2차,자운영선초매667 m2산량가은정재1 000 kg이상。
By using high-yielding and qualified cultivar of Astragalus sinicus ＂Minzi No.7＂ as research material,and determining its nutrient components in tender bines and leaves for vegetable purpose at different harvesting times,the nutrient composition in tender bines and leaves of Astragalus sinicus ＂Minzi No.7＂ was compared with some leafy vegetables.The results showed that,selenium,protein,Vc and total sugar content in tender bines and leaves of ＂Minzi No.7＂ at early harvesting time was higher,its content of Se,Ca,Fe,crude fat,protein and Vc and other nutrients was significantly higher than that of leafy vegetables.The yield of tender bines and leaves per 667 m2 can be stabilized above 1 000 kg when harvesting two times during its growing period.
