通过盆栽实验,研究了不同镉积累特性的3个蕹菜典型品种在不同土壤条件下的叶绿素含量.方差分析结果显示品种对叶绿素含量的效应显著(p〈0.05).土壤A上,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总含量(a+b)的排序均为QLQ〉QLB〉T308;QLQ的叶绿素a和叶绿素总含量均显著高于QLB和T308(声〈0.05).土壤B上,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总含量的排序均为QLQ〉T308〉QLB;QLQ和T308的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总含量均显著高于QLB(痧〈0.05).各品种叶绿素a/b比值的均值为2.720.土壤A上,叶绿素a/b比值的排序为QLQ〈QLB〈T308.土壤B上,叶绿素a/b的比值排序为QLQ〈T308〈QLB,且QLQ、T308显著低于QLB(P〈0.05).结果表明不同镉积累特性蕹菜品种的叶绿素含量受品种遗传特性的影响较大;叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总含量和叶绿素a/b比值均存在显著的品种间差异.

A pot experiment was conducted to investigate chlorophyll (Chl) contents in water spinach typical cultivars with different Cd accumulation abilities under different soils. Two-ANOVA results showed that the effects of cultivar on Chl a content, Chl b content, total Chl content (a+b) and Chl a/b were all significant (p〈0.05). Under soil A, Chl a contents, Chl b contents and total Chl contents among cultivars were always QLQ〉QLB〉 T308; Chl a contents, and total Chl contents in QLQ were significantly higher than those in QLB and T308 (p〈0.05). Under soil B, Chl a contents, Chl b contents and total Chl contents among cultivars were always QLQ〉T308〉QLB; Chl a contents, Chl b contents and total Chl contents in QLQ and T308 were significantly higher than those in QLB (p〈0.05). The average value of Chl a/b was 2. 720. Under soil A, Chl a/b among cultivars were QLQ〈QLB〈T308. Under soil B, Chl a/b among cultivars were QLQ〈T308〈QLB, and those in QLQ and T308 were significantly lower than that in QLB (p〈0.05). The results indicated that Chl contents in water spinach typical cultivars with different Cd accumulation abilities were genetic dependent. The differences in Chl a content, Chl b content, total Chl content (a + b) and Chl a/b among cultivars were significant.
