塔河油田碳酸盐岩储层具有埋藏深、温度高、油气藏类型复杂、非均质性强等特点,这使得储层深度酸压改造技术成为世界级难题。在分析现有酸压酸液体系不足的基础上,针对塔河油田奥陶系碳酸盐岩储层特点开发了冻胶酸酸压工艺,冻胶酸具有黏度高、滤失低、缓速缓蚀、破胶彻底、能携砂等一系列优点,从而实现酸液体系深穿透、提高酸蚀裂缝导流能力、延长压后有效期、提高单井产能的目的。2011年应用冻胶酸酸压工艺在塔河油田进行了4口井的现场试验,取得较好效果,施工成功率和有效率均达100%,与其他的酸液体系相比,增产效果显著,推广应用前景广阔。
塔河油田碳痠鹽巖儲層具有埋藏深、溫度高、油氣藏類型複雜、非均質性彊等特點,這使得儲層深度痠壓改造技術成為世界級難題。在分析現有痠壓痠液體繫不足的基礎上,針對塔河油田奧陶繫碳痠鹽巖儲層特點開髮瞭凍膠痠痠壓工藝,凍膠痠具有黏度高、濾失低、緩速緩蝕、破膠徹底、能攜砂等一繫列優點,從而實現痠液體繫深穿透、提高痠蝕裂縫導流能力、延長壓後有效期、提高單井產能的目的。2011年應用凍膠痠痠壓工藝在塔河油田進行瞭4口井的現場試驗,取得較好效果,施工成功率和有效率均達100%,與其他的痠液體繫相比,增產效果顯著,推廣應用前景廣闊。

The carbonate reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield, characterized by deep burial, high temperature, complex reservoir types and strong anisotropy, have turned the intensive stimulation technology into a universal problem. Based on analyzing the limitations of acid fracturing liquid system, the gelled acid fracturing technology was developed, according to the characteristics of the Ordovician carbonate reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield. The gelled acid had a series of advantages of high viscosity,low filtration, chemically retarded, corrosion retarding, viscosity break quickly and good sand - carrying capability. So the target to achieve deep penetration of acid system, improve conductivity of etching cracks, extend the validity period after fracturing, and improve the single well capacity could be fulfilled. 4 wells had been treated by this technique of carbonate reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield in 2011 ,with a construction success ratio of 100% and efficiency of 100%. Compared with other acid liquor systems, the technology was able to greatly enhance oil production and the application prospects were promising.
