目的：总结妊娠合并主动脉夹层的处理经验。方法收集我院分娩的12例妊娠合并主动脉夹层的病例。结果12例患者中有5例患者先行外科手术，其中4例患者孕足月分娩健康婴儿，1例患者行引产术；有7例患者先行剖宫产术，其中6例患者产后行外科手术，1例患者产后拒绝外科治疗；有3例患者死亡。结论妊娠合并主动脉夹层需多学科协作，根据孕周、胎儿大小及主动脉夹层病情相应处理。
목적：총결임신합병주동맥협층적처리경험。방법수집아원분면적12례임신합병주동맥협층적병례。결과12례환자중유5례환자선행외과수술，기중4례환자잉족월분면건강영인，1례환자행인산술；유7례환자선행부궁산술，기중6례환자산후행외과수술，1례환자산후거절외과치료；유3례환자사망。결론임신합병주동맥협층수다학과협작，근거잉주、태인대소급주동맥협층병정상응처리。
Objective To summarize the experience for the treatment of pregnancy with aortic dissection. Methods:To col ect 12 cases of pregnancy with aortic dissection who deliveried in our hospital. Results:There are 5 patients who treated by surgery firstly, four cases have deliveried healthy babies by cesarean section, and 1 case with induction of labor; 7 patients deliveried healthy babies by cesarean section firstly, among them,six cases have underwent surgical postnatal, and 1 patient abandon surgical treatment postpartum;3 patients were dead. Conclusion:Pregnancy with aortic dissection should be multidisciplinary col aboration, according to gestational age and fetal size and the extent of the aortic dissection pathological changes to make corresponding processing.
