目的：探讨藏区小型血液透析影响透析护理管理的因素和管理对策。方法对我院2012年10月~2013年6月收治的78例藏区血液透析患者实施具有针对性的护理管理措施，观察实施效果，并分析存在问题。结果提高护理人员的整体素质，密切护患关系，减少和杜绝了护患纠纷的发生，提高患者的依从性和满意度，保证了藏区小型血液透析的治疗效果及患者的生活质量。结论护人员应本着强烈的责任心，不断提高自己的业务水平及总结血液透析的管理经验，为藏区患者提供高效、安全的血液透析环境，使其生命时间得到延长，生命质量得到提高。
목적：탐토장구소형혈액투석영향투석호리관리적인소화관리대책。방법대아원2012년10월~2013년6월수치적78례장구혈액투석환자실시구유침대성적호리관리조시，관찰실시효과，병분석존재문제。결과제고호리인원적정체소질，밀절호환관계，감소화두절료호환규분적발생，제고환자적의종성화만의도，보증료장구소형혈액투석적치료효과급환자적생활질량。결론호인원응본착강렬적책임심，불단제고자기적업무수평급총결혈액투석적관리경험，위장구환자제공고효、안전적혈액투석배경，사기생명시간득도연장，생명질량득도제고。
Objective:Explore smal blood dialysis influence Tibetan dialysis care management factors and management measures. Methods: 84 patients with stroke patients were randomly divided into in the control group and the control group take groovy, nursing measure of control group in a routine care, on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine combined to observe two groups were nursing daily self-care ability (and comprehensive ability of sports latched) (MAS) recovery. Results: Care group and MAS scores are obvious latched than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined nursing can promote the healing of the patients with cerebral apoplexy, traditional Chinese medicine combined nursing can promote the limb function, improve the life quality recovery.
