目的：观察中药升血调元颗粒在晚期胃癌治疗过程中对机体细胞免疫功能及血管形成依赖血管内皮因子(VEGF)的影响。方法运用中药升血调元颗粒配合化疗观察胃癌患者的T细胞亚群水平、生活质量评分、局部复发及远处转移情况以及血清VEGF水平。与同期25例单纯接受化疗的晚期胃癌患者的各项指标进行对比分析。结果升血调元颗粒配合化疗组与单纯化疗组在T细胞亚群水平、生活质量评分及血清VEGF水平等各项指标均有显著差异。结论升血调元颗粒与化疗配合治疗晚期胃癌，可不同程度改善患者生活质量、改善患者机体的T细胞免疫功能以及下调血清VEGF水平，升血调元颗粒联合全身化疗起到了增效减毒作用。

Objective: To observe the ef ect of ShengXue tiaoyuan particle on cellular immune function and levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in advanced gastric cancer during treatment. Method: Compared with simple chemotherapy group, the T cellsubpopulation level,quality of life score and levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor of patients with gastric cancer were observed. Result:There were significant dif erences in T cellsubsets level, quality of life score and levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor between ShengXue tiaoyuan particle combined with chemotherapy group and simple chemotherapy group. Conclusion:ShengXue tiaoyuan particle combined with chemotherapy can improve the immune status of the patients , improve the adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy drugs and reduce the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
