以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在油酸甲酯体系中合成了烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚、马来酸酐接枝聚醚、丙烯酸十二酯和苯乙烯共聚物聚羧酸分散剂。研究了聚合反应工艺,确定了反应条件和工艺参数。应用制备的聚羧酸分散剂按35%硝磺·莠去津油悬浮剂的标准进行了效果试验,结果表明:所制备的分散剂能够提高制剂的分散性、悬浮率和贮存稳定性等。

The polycarboxylate dispersant was prepared with acrylic polyether, maleic anhydride grafted polyether, dodecyl acrylate and styrene in methyl oleate using azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator. The reaction conditions and process parameters of polymerization were established by studying the polymerization process. The performances of mesotrione+atrazine 35% OF were determined, which was prepared using polycarboxylate as dispersant. The results showed that the prepared dispersant could improve the dispersibility, suspensibility and storage stability.
