A qualitative and quantitative analysis method for p-chlorophenylglycine was established by HPLC using a Kromasil C18 column and UV detector, methanol and disodium hydrogen phosphate aqueous solution as mobile phase. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.25, the coefficient of variation was 0.27%, and the average recovery was 99.73%.
