建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂中苯醚甲环唑的含量。采用Agilent TC-C 18柱,以甲醇+水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,在254 nm波长下,选用外标法对试样中的苯醚甲环唑进行定量分析。结果表明:方法的线性相关系数为0.9997,标准偏差为0.0349,变异系数为0.344%,平均回收率为100.46%。

A HPLC method was developed for the determination of difenoconazole 10%WG. The HPLC conditions were as follows:Agilent TC-C 18 column, mobile phase of methanol+water (V/V, 80/20), and detection wavelength of 254 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 7, the standard deviation was 0.034 9, the variation coefficient was 0.344%, and the average recovery was 100.46%.
