针对传统石磨结构笨重、磨盘直径减小会引起磨浆加工不彻底以及需要二次加工等问题,设计了一种小型的三层石磨磨浆机。石磨接触面之间开有互为逆向的磨纹,可在有限空间内保证有效的加工面积。下磨盘采用螺栓和弹簧与机体相连,上下位置可调;电机通过联接轴驱动中磨盘旋转;上磨盘可通过手柄驱动上盖上面的螺旋装置实现上下位置调整;与上盖联接的漏斗用作储料。与传统石磨相比,该机两级磨浆,保证了加工质量,大豆不受高温损害,可保留多种营养成分,也可用于谷物或药材的磨粉加工。

Traditional stone mill structure is very bulky , reduced stone mill diameter will cause grinding not complete , and needs for reworking.This paper discusses a small three layers stone mills grinding machine .Its contact surfaces have mutually reverse lines;can ensure the effective processing area within a limited space .The under layer stone mill using bolts, springs connected with the machine body to adjust its position .Motor through the connection shaft drive middle stone mill rotation.The above stone mill position adjustment by handle drive spiral device which in the upper cover .The funnel connected to the upper cover as a material storage .Compared with traditional stone mill , this machine has twice grinding, to ensure the quality of the soybeans avoid from heat damage , may retain a variety of nutrients; can also be used for the mill processing of cereals , herbs.
