　　针对人工生产蜡制巢础效率低、质量不稳定和污染严重等问题，设计了蜜蜂巢础自动成型机；介绍了该机的生产过程和工艺流程，同时对关键部件进行了设计。试验表明，该机生成效率和巢础成型率高，巢础房眼清晰，厚薄均匀，满足蜜蜂对巢房的要求。

According to the problem of artificial production wax comb foundation low efficiency , instable quality and seri-ous pollution etc, bee comb foundation automatic molding machine was designed .The paper introduces the production process and the technological process of automatic molding machine .As the same time the key part was design.The test shows that the produce efficiency and the comb foundation molding rate are high .The house eye of comb foundation is clear and the thickness is Uniform.It can satisfy with the bee request for the nest room .
