目的：探讨体验式教育在护生服务意识培养及提高中的应用。方法通过情景模拟，体验后感受分析，最终总结等方式。结果参加体验的护生进入岗位后，心态及服务意识较未参加的护生良好。结论体验式教学在服务意识培养中应用，效果良好。
