目的：通过对我院用药咨询记录分析总结工作经验，以提高合理用药水平。方法将2011年用药咨询记录在案812份记录作为统计对象按咨询内容按问题分类统计、按药理分类统计分析提出合理性的建义。结果用法、用量、用药时间、使用注意事项44.09%咨询人数最多，心、脑血管用药18.51%咨询的数量最多。结论开展用药咨询服务有利于充分发挥药物疗效，保证用药安全；促进用药依从性，促进合理用药；同时对药师提出了更高的要求。
