目的 观察岭南人下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的解剖特征,比较不同研究方法对观察根管解剖形态的影响.方法 通过X线法、牙科手术显微镜及透明牙标本制作法观察60颗下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的解剖形态特征.结果 X线投影各型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术显微镜下C1型和C2型较为多见,透明牙技术发现下颌第二磨牙多为1-2型(33.33%)、1-1型(25%),侧支根管、管间吻合、根管分叉、根尖分歧发生率平均为63.33%、43.33%、16.67%、18.33%.结论 下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的变异较多,X线投影技术与手术显微镜结合使用可以提高临床诊断的准确性,透明标本法在判读复杂的细微结构具有优势.多种诊断方法结合使用有利于C形根管的临床识别.

Objective To observe morphology of C-shaped root canal of mandibular second molars in Lingnan population by three different techniques.Methods 60 extracted C-shaped mandibular second molars were collected.Observed anatomical morphology by X-ray radiograph,dental operating microscope and transparent tooth specimen making.Results C1 and C2 were the most common shape.There was no significant difference in the distribution of various canal shapes in all radiographic types(P > 0.05).The incidence of type 1-2 and 1-1 had a high frequency by transparent tooth specimen making method(33.33%,25%).The rates of collateral pulp canal,intercanal anastomoses,pulp canal bifurcation and apical ramification were 63.33%,43.33%,16.67%,18.33% respectively.Conclusions C-shaped root canal of mandibular second molars has much morphological variation,and multi-technique is a useful way in judging the canal categories.
