目的:探讨血中炎性因子与短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)的相关性及其临床意义。方法对43例TIA患者和39例对照外周血中C反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-d)、血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metal oproteinase-9,MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(tissue-inhibitor of metal oproteinase-1, TIMP-1)水平进行检测,并进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果与TIA相关的单因素分析显示TIA患者血CRP、D-d、MMP-9和TIMP-1水平高于对照组,两组比较具有显著性差异;多因素Logistic回归分析提示:TIMP-1与是否患病关系最密切。结论血中炎性因子在TIA后都有不同程度升高,它们参与了TIA的病理生理过程,与TIA密切相关。

목적:탐토혈중염성인자여단잠성뇌결혈발작(transient ischemic attack,TIA)적상관성급기림상의의。방법대43례TIA환자화39례대조외주혈중C반응단백(CRP)、D-이취체(D-dimer,D-d)、혈청기질금속단백매-9(matrix metal oproteinase-9,MMP-9)、기질금속단백매조직억제인자-1(tissue-inhibitor of metal oproteinase-1, TIMP-1)수평진행검측,병진행다인소Logistic회귀분석。결과여TIA상관적단인소분석현시TIA환자혈CRP、D-d、MMP-9화TIMP-1수평고우대조조,량조비교구유현저성차이;다인소Logistic회귀분석제시:TIMP-1여시부환병관계최밀절。결론혈중염성인자재TIA후도유불동정도승고,타문삼여료TIA적병리생리과정,여TIA밀절상관。
Objective To evaluate the association of C-reactiveprotein(CRP), D-dimer(D-d), matrix metal oproteinase-9(MMP-9) and tissue-inhibitor of metal oproteinase-1(TIMP-1) in blood and transient ischemic attack(TIA) and its clinical significance. Methods Blood levels of CRP, D-d, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were respectively measured and selected for Logistic regression analysis in 43 TIA patients and 39 controls. Results CRP, D-d, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels in blood were significantly elevated in TIA patients, comparing with control group(P〈0.05). Data from logistic regression analysis indicated that TIMP-1 were most closely related to whether suffering from TIA. Conclusion Part of inflammatory factors in blood were elevated after TIA, they may be involved in the pathophysiological process of TIA and are closely related with TIA.
