ADHD%Children%Parenting Style
目的:注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ,ADHD)共患对立违抗障碍(oppositional defiant disorder,ODD)患儿父母教养方式的研究。方法选取200例儿童,通过韦氏智力测定、Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)、Conner,s 儿童行为量表、对立违抗(ODD)诊断量表、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、学习障碍筛查量表,进行ADHD共患病筛查,其中100例健康儿童标记为对照组。另外100例ADHD+ODD儿童标记为治疗组,通过子女教育心理控制源量表(parenting locus of control scale,PLOC)对两组的父母教养方式及PLOC各因子评分进行比较分析。结果两组儿童的父母教育方式比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组在教育成效、父母的责任、子女对父母生活的控制、父母对命运或机遇信念及父母对子女行为的控制的评分上,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论父母的教养方式及态度对儿童的影响很大,父母要在教育孩子的过程中不断的检视自己,寻找最佳的教育方式,为孩子创造一个温馨和睦的成长环境。

Objective: To study the parenting style of ADHD combined ODD children. Method: 200 children were chosen and screened by determination of wechsler intel igence, Achenbach CBCL, Conner’s CBCL, ODD diagnosis scale, SDS, SAS and learning disability screening scale. 100 healthy children were marked as control group and the other 100 children with ADHD combined ODD were marked as treatment group. Parenting styles and PLOC grades of the 2 groups were analyzed and compared by PLOC. Result: There was statistical difference between parenting style of the 2 groups (P<0.05) and between the grades on education effect, parents’ responsibility, children’s control of parents’ life and parents’ control on destiny opportunity belief and children’s action (P<0.05). Conclusion: Parents’ education style and attitude have large influence to children, parents should inspect themselves in the course of educating their children and find the best education method to create a warm and friendly growth environment for children.
