目的：分析切开复位内固定治疗三踝骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院在2011年2月至2013年4月期间采用切开复位内固定治疗的15例三踝骨折患者的临床资料。结果治疗后，疗效为优的患者8例，为良的患者6例，为可的患者1例，优良率为94.33%。治疗后踝关节功能评分为93.95±4.52分，踝关节背伸为25.17±4.27°，跖曲为44.38±5.11°。另外，仅1例患者发生轻微浅表感染，发生率为6.67%。结论切开复位内固定术治疗三踝骨折疗效确切，并发症少，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：분석절개복위내고정치료삼과골절적림상료효。방법회고성분석아원재2011년2월지2013년4월기간채용절개복위내고정치료적15례삼과골절환자적림상자료。결과치료후，료효위우적환자8례，위량적환자6례，위가적환자1례，우량솔위94.33%。치료후과관절공능평분위93.95±4.52분，과관절배신위25.17±4.27°，척곡위44.38±5.11°。령외，부1례환자발생경미천표감염，발생솔위6.67%。결론절개복위내고정술치료삼과골절료효학절，병발증소，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of trimal eolar fracture. Methods: Analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of 15 old patients with trimal eolar fracture in our hospital from February 2011 to April 2013. Results: After treatment, the clinical effect of 8 patients was optimal, of 6 patients was favorable, and of 1 patient was good. The excellent rate was 94.33%. Moreover, the ankle function score was 93.95±4.52, active range of the ankle stretch was 25.17±4.27° , and of plantarflexion was 44.38±5.11° . In addition, only one patient happens minor superficial infection and the rate was 6.67%. Conclusions: The open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of trimal eolar fracture is efficacy and the complication is less. It is worthy to be popularized.
