目的：探讨超声引导下经皮自动穿刺活检（USGAB）技术的临床应用价值。方法应用可调式自动活检枪（ABD），在超声引导下对805例多部位各种病变进行穿刺活检。结果本组取材成功率100%，组织学明确诊断率为97.51%，与手术病理对照，术前穿刺组织学符合率92.03%。结论 USGAB是一种迅速获得组织学标本、方法简便易学、安全可靠、准确而有效的新技术，值得基层医院推广应用。它可广泛应用于各种部位和方向的穿刺活检，在某些疾病的早期诊断与鉴别诊断、恶性病变的组织学分期、寻找转移性病变原发灶、减少误诊等方面具有十分重要的意义，对临床治疗方案的制订具有重要指导价值。
목적：탐토초성인도하경피자동천자활검（USGAB）기술적림상응용개치。방법응용가조식자동활검창（ABD），재초성인도하대805례다부위각충병변진행천자활검。결과본조취재성공솔100%，조직학명학진단솔위97.51%，여수술병리대조，술전천자조직학부합솔92.03%。결론 USGAB시일충신속획득조직학표본、방법간편역학、안전가고、준학이유효적신기술，치득기층의원추엄응용。타가엄범응용우각충부위화방향적천자활검，재모사질병적조기진단여감별진단、악성병변적조직학분기、심조전이성병변원발조、감소오진등방면구유십분중요적의의，대림상치료방안적제정구유중요지도개치。
Objectiv To discussion on the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy(USGAB)technique. Methods Application in ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy device(ABD)on 805 cases of multiple sites of lesion biopsy. Results Success rate of this group derived 100%,histological diagnosis is 97.51%,Preoperative puncture and Pathologic histological coincidence rate 92.03%. Conclusion USGAB is a method for rapid access to histological specimens,easy,secure,reliable,accurate and effective new technologies, and application in primary hospital. It can be widely applied to various parts and the direction of biopsy,in early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of specific diseases and malignant lesions of histological stage,looking for metastatic lesions in primary lesion,has very important significance in reducing misdiagnosis,guidance on clinical treatment of programme development has a significant value.
