本文论述了基于分光光度法的在线检测光纤光谱仪的原理和结构。根据实际生产过程中漂洗槽中间苯二胺( MPD)的浓度配制标准溶液,通过光纤光谱仪对MPD标准溶液进行吸光度测试,MPD溶液在240nm-350nm的紫外区有着明显的吸收现象,且紫外吸光度与MPD浓度之间的线性度达0.999。将光纤光谱仪应用于实际生产过程中,其表现出良好的稳定性。

This paper related the detection principle and structure of the on-line inspection fiber optic spectrometer based on spectrophotometry. Standard solution was prepared base on the MPD concentration of rinse tank.The absorbance of standard solution was scaned by on-line inspection fiber optic spectrometer and the results show that MPD solution has obvious absorption phenomenon in 240 nm - 350 nm UV region,and the linearity between absorbance and MPD concentration was 0.999. The on-line inspection fiber optic spectrometer showed good stability in practical application.
