The article systematically describes the production process and trial development course of weathering structural steel Q235NH,analyzes the key working procedures during production and the quality of steel plate. The re-sults show that the chemical analysis and mechanical property indexes of the steel plate satisfy the requirements of cor-responding national standards,only slight rolled - in oxidized scales exist on plate surface. By repeated adjustment and optimization of reheating and descaling process,the previous defects are basically eliminated with improved product quality.
