某工程在人工挖孔桩基础施工过程中,由于地下水十分丰富,施工降水措施不当,混凝土浇筑未采用水下混凝土浇筑施工措施,造成部分桩基础的桩身中下部至桩底部大量混凝土不密实、离析、分层的质量事故;为保证工程的施工质量,采用了置换加固补强处理等施工措施进行处理,处理后经检测满足设计及规范要求,现就该工程的整个处理工艺、检测、验收过程作如下分析和介绍。

In the process of manually excavated pile construction with abundant underwater, improper dewatering measures are applied and underwater concrete casting measures are not adopted, causing quality incidents of leakiness, dissociation and segregation of concrete on the middle and lower part of pile foundation. To ensure the quality of construction projects, construction measures like reinforcing treatment measures are applied to deal with the problems and the results meet with design and regulation requirements. The treatment technique, testing and acceptance inspection are analyzed and in-troduced.
