目的：探讨凝血功能障碍患者行脊柱手术围术期的护理。方法对8例凝血功能障碍患者术前评估凝血功能，做好改善凝血功能障碍治疗的护理，术后严密监测患者血压和出血量，观察脊髓神经功能，预防切口血肿和硬膜外血肿以及深静脉血栓形成。结果8例患者术后出现1例切口血肿，1例反复出现硬膜外血肿，1例切口周围皮肤瘀紫，3例患者经过积极处理后均症状好转，其余患者未出现并发症，8例患者均康复出院。结论术前全面评估患者病情，及时处理凝血功能障碍，是保证手术顺利进行的前提；术后加强病情观察，积极有效地预防并发症，能有效促进患者康复。
목적：탐토응혈공능장애환자행척주수술위술기적호리。방법대8례응혈공능장애환자술전평고응혈공능，주호개선응혈공능장애치료적호리，술후엄밀감측환자혈압화출혈량，관찰척수신경공능，예방절구혈종화경막외혈종이급심정맥혈전형성。결과8례환자술후출현1례절구혈종，1례반복출현경막외혈종，1례절구주위피부어자，3례환자경과적겁처리후균증상호전，기여환자미출현병발증，8례환자균강복출원。결론술전전면평고환자병정，급시처리응혈공능장애，시보증수술순리진행적전제；술후가강병정관찰，적겁유효지예방병발증，능유효촉진환자강복。
Objective To investigate preoperative nursing care of coagulation disorders in patients with spinal surgery. Methods Preoperative assessment of coagulation disorders, and good nursing care would improve coagulation disorders; in postoperation, monitor of blood pressure and amount of bleeding, nerve function, prevention of subcutaneous hematoma, epidural hematoma and deep vein thrombosis. Results Postoperative subcutaneous hematoma in 1 case, repeated epidural hematoma in 1 case, postoperative excessive bleeding in 1 case, skin silt purple around the incision in 1 cases, 3 patients with relief of symptoms in actively treated, and others had no complications, 8 patients were discharged. Conclusion Preoperative assessment of patients, the timely processing of coagulation dysfunction, was a prerequisite to ensure operation smoothly; strengthen the observation after the operation, positive and effective prevention of complications, which can effectively promote the rehabilitation.
