目的：探讨自制解毒泄浊中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效及护理方法。方法将60例患者随机分为2组，对照组30例予以单纯西医治疗；治疗组30例在对照组基础上加用中药保留灌肠（由生大黄、六月雪、土茯苓、丹参等组成）治疗，并在灌肠前后予以护理措施。观察2组临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为70.0%，治疗组总有效率为93.3%，2组比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效确切，患者易于接受，无毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토자제해독설탁중약보류관장치료만성신공능쇠갈적료효급호리방법。방법장60례환자수궤분위2조，대조조30례여이단순서의치료；치료조30례재대조조기출상가용중약보류관장（유생대황、륙월설、토복령、단삼등조성）치료，병재관장전후여이호리조시。관찰2조림상료효。결과대조조총유효솔위70.0%，치료조총유효솔위93.3%，2조비교차이유현저성（P<0.05）。결론중약보류관장치료만성신공능쇠갈료효학절，환자역우접수，무독부작용，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective Study on self-made Detoxicating and removing turbid of curative effect on chronic renal failure treated by retention enema with Chinese herbal medicine and nursing. Methods Will 60 cases patients random is divided into two group:against group 30 cases, be simple Western treatment, General low salt, and low fat, and low phosphorus, and quality low protein diet, symptomatic processing as, Buck, and improve anemia, and corrected hydropower solutions mass and the acid alkali balance disorders,;treatment group 30 cases, in against group based Shang, plus with Chinese medicine retained enema (by health rhubarb, and June snow, and soil Poria, and Salvia, composed) treatment. Results Total effective rate was 70%in the control group, in treatment group was 93.3%, the difference was signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of retention enema with Chinese herbal medicine in treatment of chronic renal failure was good, The patients are easy to accept, non-toxic side effects, which is worthy of clinical application.
