目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2010年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的急性胆囊炎患者60例为研究对象，按照治疗方式随机分为LC组(行腹腔镜胆囊切除术)和OC组(行开腹胆囊切除术)，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：LC组术中出血量、术后排气时间以及住院时间均少于OC组(P<0.05)；LC组并发症发生率3.3%，OC组并发症发生率23.3%，LC组并发症的发生率明显低于OC组(P<0.05)。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎损伤小、恢复快、可显著改善患者的预后，是一种安全可靠的治疗方式。
목적：탐토복강경담낭절제술치료급성담낭염적림상료효。방법：선택2010년1월-2012년12월필자소재의원수치적급성담낭염환자60례위연구대상，안조치료방식수궤분위LC조(행복강경담낭절제술)화OC조(행개복담낭절제술)，비교량조환자적림상효과。결과：LC조술중출혈량、술후배기시간이급주원시간균소우OC조(P<0.05)；LC조병발증발생솔3.3%，OC조병발증발생솔23.3%，LC조병발증적발생솔명현저우OC조(P<0.05)。결론：복강경담낭절제술치료급성담낭염손상소、회복쾌、가현저개선환자적예후，시일충안전가고적치료방식。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on acute cholecystitis.Method:A total of 60 patients with acute cholecystitis in our hospital from Juarary 2010 to December 2012 were divided into the LC group(Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy) and the OC group(Open Cholecystectomy).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:Perioperative indicators of the LC group,includes the volume of blood loss,the gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital time,were significantly better than the OC group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the LC group was 3.3%.The incidence of complications in the OC group was 23.3%.The incidence of complications in the LC group was significantly lower than the OC group(P<0.05). However,there was no difference significantly on operative time between the LC group and the OC group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis can help patients to recover quickly.It is a safe and reliable way in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.
