目的:观察脑肿瘤立体定向靶向微创手术的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年3月-2012年10月本院住院治疗的脑肿瘤患者77例作为研究对象。随机分为实验组(n=31)和对照组(n=46),实验组采取脑肿瘤立体定向靶向微创手术,对照组采取开颅肿瘤切除术。对两组手术前后各观察指标进行比较。结果:随访1年,实验组存活率为87.10%、复发率为16.13%、ADL得分为(75.44±5.45)分;对照组分别为60.87%、47.83%、(57.33±4.09)分,两组上述指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组神经功能评分均有明显改善(P<0.05),且实验组较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:立体定向靶向微创手术治疗脑肿瘤临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of minimally invasive surgery of stereotactic target for brain tumors. Method:77 cases with brain tumors who received the treatment in our hospital from March 2011 to October 2012 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=31)and the control group(n=46). The experimental group received the minimally invasive surgery of stereotactic target while the control group received the craniotomy of tumors resection. Compared two groups of observation indexes before and after surgery Result:Follow up for 1 year ,the experimental group survival rate was 87.10%,the recurrence rate was 16.13%,ADL scores was(75.44±5.45)points;The control group was 60.87%,47.83%,(57.33±4.09)points,these indicators compared between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,two groups of neurological function score were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the experimental group than the control group improved more significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion:The minimally invasive surgery of stereotactic target for brain tumors has remarkable clinical effect, is worthy promoting.
