目的:评价CT、彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在视网膜母细胞瘤诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析20例经临床和手术病理证实为视网膜母细胞瘤患者的CT、CDFI表现特点。结果20例患者均发现球后壁肿块,并伴有钙化。CT、CDFI检查分别显示不规则型软组织肿块9眼(42.85%)、7眼(33.33%),圆形或半圆形软组织肿块11眼(57.15%)、14眼(66.67%),显示有钙化斑的21眼(100%)、19眼(90.50%),显示视神经增粗的5眼(23.80%)、5眼(23.80%),显示有向眶内蔓延的3眼(9.50%)、4眼(19.47%)。结论 CT及CDFI检查在视网膜母细胞瘤诊断中各有所长,具有重要的临床应用价值。

목적:평개CT、채색다보륵혈류현상(CDFI)재시망막모세포류진단중적개치。방법회고성분석20례경림상화수술병리증실위시망막모세포류환자적CT、CDFI표현특점。결과20례환자균발현구후벽종괴,병반유개화。CT、CDFI검사분별현시불규칙형연조직종괴9안(42.85%)、7안(33.33%),원형혹반원형연조직종괴11안(57.15%)、14안(66.67%),현시유개화반적21안(100%)、19안(90.50%),현시시신경증조적5안(23.80%)、5안(23.80%),현시유향광내만연적3안(9.50%)、4안(19.47%)。결론 CT급CDFI검사재시망막모세포류진단중각유소장,구유중요적림상응용개치。
Objective To study features of re tinoblastom a under CT and CDFI,and investigate the diagnostic value of CT and CDFI for retinoblastoma. Methods The CT,CDFI findings of 20 Cases with retinoblastoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results 20 cases were presented with solid masses,and with calcifications. In CT and CDFI examination,the Irregular soft tissue mass appeared in 9 eyes (42.85%),7 eyes (33.33%),A circular or semicircular soft tissue mass appeared in 11 eyes (57.15%),14 eyes (66.67%),the calcified plaque appeared in 21 eyes (100%),19 eyes (90.50%),the infilt ration of optic nerve in 5 eyes (23.80%),5 eyes (23.80%),the intraorbit all involvement in 3 eyes (9.50%),4 eyes (19.47%).Conclusion In the examinations of CDFI,CT for the diagnosis of retinoblastoma,each one has its advantages,has very important clinical application value.
