目的：观察比较无张力疝修补术和有张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法对126例腹股沟疝患者采用有张力和无张力两种手术方式治疗，观察2组疗效。结果无张力组在手术时间、下床活动时间以及住院天数方面较有张力组缩短（P<0.05）；术后疼痛使用药物患者数、术后发热率、切口感染率以及其他如阴囊水肿等并发症发生率均明显低于有张力组（P<0.05）。无张力组复发率明显低于张力组（P<0.05）。结论无张力疝修补手术符合人体解剖生理基础，患者术后恢复快、并发症少、复发率低，只要严格掌握手术适应证，则可获得良好的手术疗效，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰비교무장력산수보술화유장력수보술치료복고구산적림상료효。방법대126례복고구산환자채용유장력화무장력량충수술방식치료，관찰2조료효。결과무장력조재수술시간、하상활동시간이급주원천수방면교유장력조축단（P<0.05）；술후동통사용약물환자수、술후발열솔、절구감염솔이급기타여음낭수종등병발증발생솔균명현저우유장력조（P<0.05）。무장력조복발솔명현저우장력조（P<0.05）。결론무장력산수보수술부합인체해부생리기출，환자술후회복쾌、병발증소、복발솔저，지요엄격장악수술괄응증，칙가획득량호적수술료효，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of tension hernia repair and tension-free method. Methods Made 126 patients with inguinal hernia in the hospital as the research object, treated with the tension and tension-free operation modes, curative effect of two groups were observed. Results The time of tension-free group in operation, ambulation and length of hospital stay was shorter than the tension group (P<0.05); postoperative pain medication, rate of postoperative fever, the rate of incision infection and other complications such as scrotal edema rate, and recurrence rate of tension-free group was also significantly lower than tension group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair operation was consistent with the anatomical physiology with rapid postoperative recovery , less complications and low recurrence rate. As long as the indications of operation was strictly grasped, good operation effect could be achieved, which was worthy of extensive promotion and application.
