目的：分析以肺部病变为首发症状的结缔组织病患者的临床特点。方法收集以肺部病变为主的结缔组织病患者43例，回顾性分析其临床资料及诊治情况。结果患者因反复咳嗽、咳痰、发热、渐进性胸闷以及气短等症状就诊，首发症状或者主要症状为肺部表现。43例患者经糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂等治疗后均痊愈出院。结论诊断肺结缔组织病时，应充分结合体格检查、病史、病理学变化以及免疫学检查，并排除其他的系统性疾病，以提高诊断准确率。在治疗中主要予以糖皮质激素治疗，如疗效不佳可加用环磷酰胺等免疫抑制剂，可获得良好预后。
목적：분석이폐부병변위수발증상적결체조직병환자적림상특점。방법수집이폐부병변위주적결체조직병환자43례，회고성분석기림상자료급진치정황。결과환자인반복해수、해담、발열、점진성흉민이급기단등증상취진，수발증상혹자주요증상위폐부표현。43례환자경당피질격소화면역억제제등치료후균전유출원。결론진단폐결체조직병시，응충분결합체격검사、병사、병이학변화이급면역학검사，병배제기타적계통성질병，이제고진단준학솔。재치료중주요여이당피질격소치료，여료효불가가가용배린선알등면역억제제，가획득량호예후。
Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of the patients diagnosed as connective tissue diseases with the lung lesions for the initial symptoms. Methods We analyzed the clinical materials and treatment of 43 patients diagnosed as connective tissue diseases with the lung lesions for the initial symptoms. Results The patients were cured through glucocorticoids and immunosuppressors. Conclusion To improve accuracy of diagnosis of lung connective tissue diseases, physical test,history, we should combine , pathological changes and immunological tests should be combined.And other connective diseases must be distinguished. Glucocorticoids are very important during treatment. If the effects are not good, immunosuppressors can be combined.
