目的：调查尿石症患者健康促进生活方式的现状，分析其一般资料与健康促进生活方式的关系。方法：选取2012年1月~2013年2月我院泌尿外科101例尿石症患者进行自制的一般资料表和健康促进生活方式问卷进行调查。结果：不同病程时间、费用来源、职业、居住地、文化程度、家庭人均月收入患者的健康行为得分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：尿石症患者健康促进生活方式水平较差，积极开展以健康促进为目的的教育活动，提高患者健康促进生活方式水平。
목적：조사뇨석증환자건강촉진생활방식적현상，분석기일반자료여건강촉진생활방식적관계。방법：선취2012년1월~2013년2월아원비뇨외과101례뇨석증환자진행자제적일반자료표화건강촉진생활방식문권진행조사。결과：불동병정시간、비용래원、직업、거주지、문화정도、가정인균월수입환자적건강행위득분비교유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론：뇨석증환자건강촉진생활방식수평교차，적겁개전이건강촉진위목적적교육활동，제고환자건강촉진생활방식수평。
Objective:To investigate the health-promoting lifestyle among patients with urolithiasis,and to analyze the influencing factors initially. Methods:By accidental sampling,a total of 101 urolithiasis patients from Jan. 2012-Feb. 2013 in our hospital were surveyed with basic information questionnaire and health-promoting lifestyle questionnaire. Results:The scores of health - promoting lifestyles were significantly different among the different groups of education background,profession, residence, family’s month - earning, payment means, time of disease history condition, educational levels, duration of the disease (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The health behavior of the urolithiasis patients was at general level or even below. In the future we may expand the sample size for the related factors, and actively carry out education activities for the purpose of health promotion to improve patient health promoting lifestyle level.
