This paper introduces the hardware design,soft-ware design and control strategy,through analysis on appli-cation of the controller,considers that this controller can control air-conditioning operation state based on environment temperature,and also can adj ust the air flow of air condi-tioning system through dynamic recognition and understand-ing of the omni-directional images of interior space of the building to acquire the spatial information and the number of indoor people,can reduce energy-lost of the air-conditioning system.
