针对目前没有统一方法对阻性电流测试结果进行有效诊断的现状，分析金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)阻性电流检测方法及适用条件，提出一种MOA状态诊断新方法，分析利用阻性电流与全电流比例关系，电流超前电压角度，谐波数据变化及结合红外测温、高频局部放电试验对阻性电流测试结果进行综合诊断的过程，并通过应用实例验证了该方法的有效性。

In order to obtain a general method to diagnose the results of resistive current test of metal oxide arresters (MOA)effectively,a new comprehensive diagnosing meth-od is proposed in this paper,the MOA on-line testing new method is advanced,base on the consideration of the propor-tional relationship between resistive current and leakage cur-rent,the advance angle of current to voltage,and the har-monic variation,the results of infrared thermometry and high-frequency partial discharge test.Through the actual ap-plication verification,the method is effective.
