穿刺巴斯德芽菌Pasteuria penetrans是根结线虫的专性寄生菌,是最有潜力的根结线虫生防因子。为了解海南省穿刺巴斯德芽菌资源,本文首次对海南省根结线虫病区进行调查,发现穿刺巴斯德芽菌的分布与土壤类型、寄主植物、气温等因素相关。在获得的27个巴斯德芽菌16S rDNA克隆中,均与穿刺巴斯德芽菌具有较高同源性。其中,菌株wf2与穿刺巴斯德芽菌P. penetrans 16S rDNA同源性为95.8%,在发育树上处于独立的分支,为巴斯德芽菌属的1个新种;菌株da1、da2、qh和th与P. penetrans 16S rDNA同源性为97.5%~97.8%,在发育树上也处于独立的分支,很可能是巴斯德芽菌属的新种;另22株可归属为穿刺巴斯德芽菌。调查结果反映出海南省具有丰富的巴斯德芽菌资源。

천자파사덕아균Pasteuria penetrans시근결선충적전성기생균,시최유잠력적근결선충생방인자。위료해해남성천자파사덕아균자원,본문수차대해남성근결선충병구진행조사,발현천자파사덕아균적분포여토양류형、기주식물、기온등인소상관。재획득적27개파사덕아균16S rDNA극륭중,균여천자파사덕아균구유교고동원성。기중,균주wf2여천자파사덕아균P. penetrans 16S rDNA동원성위95.8%,재발육수상처우독립적분지,위파사덕아균속적1개신충;균주da1、da2、qh화th여P. penetrans 16S rDNA동원성위97.5%~97.8%,재발육수상야처우독립적분지,흔가능시파사덕아균속적신충;령22주가귀속위천자파사덕아균。조사결과반영출해남성구유봉부적파사덕아균자원。
Pasteuria penetrans is an obligate parasite of root-knot nematodes and also described as the most potential biopesticide. In order to realize resources of P. penetrans, the survey of P. penetrans from root-knot nematode area in Hainan province was conducted. It was found that distribution of P. penetrans was related to soil, host plants, temperature and other factors. Twenty-seven 16S rDNA clones of Pasteuria sp. were obtained, with strain wf2 most closely related to P. penetrans (95.8%), strain da1, da2, qh and th closely related to P. penetrans (97.5%-97.8%). The phylogenetic tree showed that they formed two separate branches that were distinct from P. penetrans and other related Pasteuria strains, so the five isolates probably represented novel species in the genus Pasteuria, and the other 22 isolates were identified as P. penetrans. It reflected that Pasteuria sp. had rich resources in Hainan province.
