目的：探讨社区护理干预的方法及配合临床综合治疗对2型糖尿病的康复效果.方法：选择确诊的2型糖尿病患者570例,随机分为治疗组280例,男150例,女130例；对照组290例,男160例,女130例.两组均进行系统的社区护理干预,对照组维持原来的基础治疗及口服二甲双胍.治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药生津散(主要药物：葛根、山药、黄芪、知母,麦冬、天花粉等).一日2次.4周为1疗程,两组均观察2个疗程.结果：治疗组取得显效率64.29%,总有效率92.86%,而对照组取得显效率44.83%,总有效率68.97%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组治疗后比较空腹血糖、餐后血糖变化显著(P<0.01,P<0.01),两组治疗后CHO,LDL,HDL均有明显差异(P<0.01).结论：采用社区护理干预的方法,配合临床综合治疗对2型糖尿病可取得显著的康复效果,具有推广应用价值.

objective:to study the community nursing intervention methods and cooperate with the clinical comprehensive treatment for type 2 diabetes rehabilitation effect. Methods:choose diagnosed type 2 diabetes was 570 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group 280 cases, 150 cases of male, female 130 cases). Among the 290 cases, 160 cases of male, female 130 cases. Two groups were performed system of community nursing intervention group, maintain the original foundation treatment and oral metformin. The treatment group in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment to nourish scattered (main drug: puerarin, yam, radix astragali, rhizoma anemarrhenae, radix ophiopogonis, radix trichosanthis, etc.). Twice a day. 4 weeks for one period of treatment, the two groups were observed 2 treatment. Results: treatment group has significant efficiency 64.29%, total effective rate 92.86%, and the control group has significant efficiency 44.83%, total effective rate 68.97%, the difference between the two groups (P <0.05), the treatment group and control group after treatment is fasting blood glucose, postprandial glucose changes significantly (P < 0.01, P < 0.01), the two groups after treatment CHO, LDL, HDL were significantly difference (P < 0.01). Conclusion:the community nursing intervention methods, cooperate with the clinical comprehensive treatment for type 2 diabetes can be achieved remarkable recovery effect, has higher application value.
